CODIS360 is a secure operational application developed by Optima Business Solutions LLC (“Optima,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) for authorized laboratory, agency, and oversight personnel. By accessing or using CODIS360, you agree to these Terms of Use, the applicable laboratory policies, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
You may use CODIS360 only for your assigned role, organization, and approved forensic or administrative purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that information entered, reviewed, exported, or transmitted through the application is accurate, professional, and handled in accordance with your organization’s policies and applicable legal requirements.
Keep your credentials confidential, use only your own account, and end your session when work is complete. Do not share credentials, circumvent role or organization controls, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, use unapproved automated extraction, or interfere with the application’s availability or security.
To protect case integrity and support operational, security, and compliance review, CODIS360 records relevant system activity. Audit records may include account and role context, actions taken, date and time, IP address, browser or device information, and affected records. Authorized administrators and oversight personnel may review those records.
Operational records and attachments remain subject to the ownership, retention, disclosure, and handling rules of the applicable laboratory, agency, and governing authority. Access to information is limited by role and organizational scope. Do not use or disclose information beyond an authorized workflow, legal obligation, or documented operational purpose.
CODIS360 software, branding, documentation, designs, and related materials are owned by Optima or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant no ownership interest or license except the limited right to use the application as authorized.
We may maintain, update, suspend, or restrict the application when required for security, operations, or service continuity. Report suspected misuse, incorrect access, or a security concern promptly through your laboratory’s designated support process.
Where a deployment links to or interoperates with a third-party service, that service is governed by its own terms and policies. Optima is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optima is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use CODIS360. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where an applicable agreement or law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. For questions, contact Optima Business Solutions LLC at info@optimasolutions.us or visit optimasolutions.ai.
